Dear parents and guardians, We are now starting the enrolment process for new school places for September 2016. Any child already in the school has their school place guaranteed for next September and so there is no need for you to do anything. I am writing to alert you to a crucial point in our admissions policy, which is that we do not give priority to siblings of children already in the school. If you have a pre-school child, due to start school in September 2016 or any later year, please make sure that you have pre-enroled them for our school. Our policy is strictly first-come-first-served and there is nothing we can do if you do not pre-enrol a younger sibling on time. We already have names on our list for 2020 so it is never too early to add a name! If you are not sure whether you have already pre-enroled a younger sibling, just contact Nicola and she will check for you. Many thanks, Caitriona Hand, Principal. Dear parents and guardians,
We would not usually get involved in the distribution of party invitations but this case is slightly different and the family have no other way of contacting you so I hope you will forgive the intrusion. (name removed) was in 2nd class last year and has since moved to (place removed). However, he misses his friends in Citywest ETNS and would like to invite his friends to his birthday party. (party details removed) He hopes to see you there. Kind regards, Caitriona Hand. Please see our dedicated Intake 2016 page for this email and for further updates in relation to enrolment for September 2016.

See you then! Dear Parents/Guardians,
On Friday 20th November, to celebrate the opening of our new wing of our school, a school disco will take place during the school day in our new hall within school hours. The children have the option to arrive at school in costume/fancy dress and for lots of laughs our theme will be Superheroes! So get those little capes out! Our school discos are always lots of fun. This time we are so excited to have it on the same day as our big opening event. We have divided the disco into two groups, Juniors and Seniors at different times to allow the parents to view the new wing and enjoy some refreshments in our new hall. Please find all of the days details of events on our school website www.citywestetns.ie. We look forward to seeing all of your Superheros and you, the parents, on the day. Any parents who would like to help out on the day please email the Parents' Association : citywestetns.parents@gmail.com Kind regards, Citywest ETNS Parents' Association. A letter was given to all second and third class children today regarding a trip to Red Rua theatre in Tallaght. Please return the permission slip to school on or before Monday 23rd of November.
