Collection Form for 3rd - 6th class children
On Friday, 27th May 2022, we will celebrate the official opening of our school campus, as well as the ten year anniversary of our school. On this day, our campus will not look like it normally does. There will be funfair rides and lots of fantastic activities for the whole community to enjoy from 1 - 4pm. However, this means that at dismissal time, we need to do things slightly differently.
Typically, children from 3rd - 6th class are allowed to leave the school building at home time, without being collected by an adult. However, for this one day, a decision has been made across both schools that all children must be collected by an adult at home time (12.50pm for Junior and Senior Infant pupils, 1pm for 1st - 6th class pupils). This is necessary to ensure all children are safe on the day.
Please complete the form below for your child(ren). This will support staff members with dismissal on the day to ensure that each child is safely dismissed to a responsible adult.
For children in Junior Infants - 2nd class, as well as our autism classes, dismissal will be in the usual way. You do not need to complete a form for children in these classes.
