Contact Information Sharing with other parents September 2014

Dear Parent(s) / Guardian(s),

We do not permit the distribution of party invitations at our school. However, we will compile a list of names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers so that you can contact each other outside of school.

We are currently compiling this list. Only the families that choose to add their details to the list will then get a copy of the list. The list is for the class that your child is currently in only.

You can then use this list to

1. invite other children from your child’s class to parties or other events
   
2. invite your child’s classmates to play dates outside of school
   
   

If you would like to add your details, please fill out the form below and return to the school office by Friday 12th September 2014. We commit to distributing the list by Friday 26th September. Please note that this form can also be completed via our website.
