School-Home Communication

Most home-school communication for our school is electronic - via our website, via e-mail and via text.

Please make sure to check our website and your e-mail regularly so that you keep up-to-date. Once you have read an e-mail from us, please click to acknowledge receipt so that we know you have received it.

While we aim to reduce the number of paper notes sent home, there will be times when it is necessary. If you think you may have missed a note, please check with Nicola, our school secretary, either in person or via e-mail.

It is your responsibility to make sure that we have up-to-date contact details for you. Please use the button below to let us know if any details have changed.

19th Sept - Email to parents of children in Julie Ann's class: See you tomorrow and no 3rd class talk on Thurs 28th

13/10/2017

Dear parents and guardians of children in Julie Ann's class,
We are looking forward to welcoming you to our school for the classroom visit tomorrow, Wednesday 20th September, at 1.30pm.
Unfortunately, Julie Ann is not available to attend the Parent Information Evening scheduled for the evening of Thursday 28th September due to personal commitments. However, Julie Ann will be happy to talk through her presentation at 2.10pm tomorrow, after the classroom visit. You are welcome to bring your children to this talk.
She can also come to the school on the same evening as the Parent Association AGM, Thursday 5th October, to give that same talk to any parent who can't mske it tomorrow. With the AGM starting at 7.30pm, Julie Ann will start her talk at 7pm that evening. Please note that children cannot be allowed in to the school at this time. Please let us know in advance if you will be availing of this second option so that Julie Ann doesn't give up her evening to no avail.
Please accept our apologies for this change. It is unavoidable and, as you csn see, we are doing everything we can to suit as many parents as possible.
Kind regards,
Caitriona.
