This month, we will be exploring live sessions a little further. Each class will have three Zoom sessions this month. I will be hosting class level assemblies on Friday 19th June, times as for the last assembly. Teachers will be hosting one session for each class over the coming week and another a fortnight later. You will receive separate invitations for these. We hope that you take part. It is a great chance for the children to see their friends before the summer break.
It is also a great chance for you and for us to learn more about this way of engaging so that we can use it more in the future, should there be further times of distance learning.
There are specific skills for children in engaging in this way and the more they practice, the better they will get with them!
- I am continuing to give a virtual tour of the school, with an extra video added each day. This tour will finish next Friday, when I will upload the last video in the tour.
- It was lovely to get the first messages for our virtual guard of honour for our 6th class graduates. Please keep sending in your messages!
- Our School Rocks is still going on and cheering us all up. Send us photos of your rocks here.
- Next week is Week 2 of Diversity Fortnight. There are lots of ideas there to help you celebrate it.
