School-Home Communication

Most home-school communication for our school is electronic - via our website, via e-mail and via text.

Please make sure to check our website and your e-mail regularly so that you keep up-to-date. Once you have read an e-mail from us, please click to acknowledge receipt so that we know you have received it.

While we aim to reduce the number of paper notes sent home, there will be times when it is necessary. If you think you may have missed a note, please check with Nicola, our school secretary, either in person or via e-mail.

It is your responsibility to make sure that we have up-to-date contact details for you. Please use the button below to let us know if any details have changed.

Letter sent via email re: School Multi Cultural Concert 2014

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

On Friday 19th of December we will be hosting our 1st ever Multi Cultural Concert. As many of our children and parents/guardians speak different languages we thought it would be fantastic to listen to songs in their native tongue. This amazing event will be a great opportunity for all to learn together & proudly celebrate our schools multi-cultural community.

Our wonderful teachers have agreed to assist with co-ordinating this event but YOUR help is crucial to its success. We are looking for parents/guardians to get involved to help teach the children to sing a song in their language. We know we have Spanish, Italian, Catalan, Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Arabic, French, Portuguese, Irish speakers among us – to name but a few! So here’s your chance to show your pride and get involved! We appreciate this is a busy time of year for everyone but we are only asking for an hour or two of your time. Fear not – it’s not Xfactor so we won’t be judging your vocal abilities! We just need your assistance with helping the children learn the words, also if you have a CD we could borrow or know YouTube clips we could use.

Please join us for what is going to be a very exciting event for our children. If you would like to get involved please contact our Parents Association Committee (Kamila) at kamila.cyluk@gmail.com by Wednesday 26th of November.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
