On Thursday 25th of October the Parents' Association and Student Council worked together to organise a fun filled day for everyone in our school community. With the PA hosting the ever popular cake sale and the Student Council hosting a dress up day there was a great buzz around the school! So much effort was put in to the cakes and costumes, thank you so much to everyone who brought something along and well done to the best dressed winners who received a voucher for the cake sale donated by the PA.
Over €1000 was raised on the day, this will go towards the cost of the 6th class school tour which will be an over night stay in an adventure centre and is something all families in our community will eventually benefit from!
As always a MASSIVE thank you to all of the volunteers which included students from 6th class who gave their time in the lead up to and on the day of this event!
