GDPR Permissions

With the introduction of GDPR earlier this year, Citywest ETNS is currently undertaking a review of the information held and permissions we have or do not have for the use of that information. As we proceed through our audit, we will be asking parents and guardians to complete new forms regarding the information we have or will have about their child and what we do with those pieces of information.

Photographs

The use of photography is a significant part of the learning and sharing process. We use photography for many purposes. Please complete the form below. If you have more than one child attending Citywest ETNS, please complete a separate form for each child. Thanks.

Please note that it is school policy that photographs are not accompanied by names, regardless of where the photos are published. Should we wish to publish your child's name and photo together for some reason e.g. for winning a competition, for a Student Council display or to accompany a newspaper article, we will contact you first to seek your permission.
