At the links below, please find the four areas of curriculum work suggested by the class teacher to focus on each week, with suggestions of how much to do each day. You can submit your work on one each week via the form on the class page.
If you are looking for more, suggested activities are given on other pages here on the main school website. You can do as many or as few of these as you like. If you want to, you can send us photos of your activities through the form on the showcase page.
Please find the guidelines for the core work set by the class teachers at the following links*:
*Approximately 20% of children are taught using differentiated plans. These children are sent supportive messages by their support teacher offering additional, personalised support.
Remember:
The feeling about learning is more important than the learning - it is much better for your child to feel confident and happy about completing 5 easy sums or re-reading a well-thumbed favourite book than to feel stressed and stupid about struggling through difficult maths or reading challenges. Don't worry - the teachers will get to the new content when everyone is back to school. Stress is not useful so avoid it if you can - that goes for child and adult!
