Positive Affirmations.
The Focus for this week is all about being kind to ourselves.
It is important that we are kind to others but it is vital that we also show kindness to ourselves. Even though sometimes we might not always want to!
Positive Affirmations are things we can say to ourselves to reinforce the message that we are great, kind, brave etc.
Repeating these phrases can help build confidence and also help you to remember how amazing and special you are.
