School-Home Communication

Most home-school communication for our school is electronic - via our website, via e-mail and via text.

Please make sure to check our website and your e-mail regularly so that you keep up-to-date. Once you have read an e-mail from us, please click to acknowledge receipt so that we know you have received it.

While we aim to reduce the number of paper notes sent home, there will be times when it is necessary. If you think you may have missed a note, please check with Nicola, our school secretary, either in person or via e-mail.

It is your responsibility to make sure that we have up-to-date contact details for you. Please use the button below to let us know if any details have changed.

Change in Contact Details

24th/25th October - Email to all families: Action required - shared contact list

25/10/2016

Hi there.
We have had numerous requests for contact details for other parents and for distribution of party invitations at school and so on. Unfortunately, we can't share details without express permission and we don't allow distribution of invitations during the school day for various reasons.
We would like to organise a list of contacts for each class so that parents can take care of this themselves, outside of school.
If you choose to share your details, you will be given the list of shared details. If you choose not to share your details, you will not be allowed to take a copy of that list.

If you want your details on the shared contact list for your child's Class, the following are the details we would be sharing for you:
Child's name:
Parent:
Email:
Phone:
Please reply to this email before Friday 28th October to let us know:
1. Do you want your family on the list?
2. Are the details listed above the ones you want shared? If not, please provide the details you wish to have shared.
If we don't hear from you, we will NOT put your details on the list and it will NOT be possible to change the list during the year. There is a considerable administrative task in putting this together and we will be taking the time to do it once only. If you have more than one child in the school, please reply separately for each child.
We hope to have the contact list ready for the middle of November.
Kind regards,
Caitriona Hand,
Principal.
