School-Home Communication

Most home-school communication for our school is electronic - via our website, via e-mail and via text.

Please make sure to check our website and your e-mail regularly so that you keep up-to-date. Once you have read an e-mail from us, please click to acknowledge receipt so that we know you have received it.

While we aim to reduce the number of paper notes sent home, there will be times when it is necessary. If you think you may have missed a note, please check with Nicola, our school secretary, either in person or via e-mail.

It is your responsibility to make sure that we have up-to-date contact details for you. Please use the button below to let us know if any details have changed.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are delighted that GAA training has been such a success. We are now ready for our first match!

The first match for the girls/boys will be at (relevant place given) on (day and date, depending on which team) October at (time). As this is during school time, this does not affect drop-off or collection times at all. We will be back at the school by 2.10pm.

On the day, please make sure that your child is wearing a tracksuit, runners or football boots and has a gum-shield. They are available to buy in any sports shop. Please bring an extra healthy snack such as fruit and drink of water.

Parents are very welcome to come and support the team on what will be a very exciting day for the children and the school.

Many thanks and kind regards,
Shane Smith,
GAA coach for Citywest ETNS.
