HSE form to all pupils of Senior Infants
This is not a form from us but we distributed it on behalf of the Health Service Executive(HSE), who implement some of their services through schools. The forms will be collected from the school on Thursday morning so please make sure to return them by Wednesday. Thank you.

Leaflet to each Junior Infant and to each child who has joined our school since October 2013 - a photographer will take portrait photos of the children on 22nd September 2014 for parents to purchase, should they wish to.
