CETNS @ Saggart/Rathcoole St Patrick's Day Parade 2016 For those of you who were with us the last couple of years, we’ve had a really great time at the local Rathcoole/Saggart Patrick’s Day Parade. It would be great to make the school’s attendance at the parade a tradition but in order to do it we need some volunteers.
The support from parents that is needed is to help plan for the event, to agree chants/songs to sing as we parade and to have parent who might be particularly vocal and would support the event by leading the group.
Entering the parade is a great way to show the community that we are here and here to stay! Plus it’s a lovely opportunity for the children to jointly celebrate an important date in the Irish year and for us parents to meet up to represent and celebrate the school.
If you would like to attend with your child(ren) but don’t want to volunteer that’s fine, but we need an idea of numbers in order to make plans.
