Winter Raffle

8/12/2017

Every year, our Parents Association run a raffle alongside our winter concert. We are looking forward to the raffle event this year as it is always exciting and fun.

Parent volunteers will be selling raffle tickets from Monday 18th December at the end of the school day - from 1pm and again from 2pm. They will be selling tickets on a couple of the mornings that week too.

You will also be able to buy tickets on the day of the concerts and raffle. Volunteers will be at the concerts, selling tickets before and after the first and second shows - not during them, of course! We wouldn't want to take away from the stars of the show, our children!

We would love to get lots of lovely prizes for the raffle. Please leave donations in to the school office any day between now and then. Every little item helps - we will package smaller items into hampers to make more attractive prizes so don't feel that you have to hand in a whole prize. Every box of chocolates, bottle of wine or packet of colouring pencils donated will be used to make bigger prizes.

As always, thank you for your support. The raffle this year is in aid of sports jerseys for our school. Just this year, our first sports teams were created. Up to now, they have been borrowing jerseys from various clubs around Dublin every time they had a match. They would absolutely love to wear jerseys that have our own school name, colours and crest on them - imagine the pride those children would feel wearing that! We look forward to this great fundraiser and we know our amazing school community will support it.

The raffle draw will take place between the 2nd and 3rd concerts on 22nd December, at approx 12pm. All are welcome to attend but don't worry if you're not there - we will save your prize for you and you can collect it in January.
